2. Pricing & Payment

• Currency: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

• Accuracy: We strive for perfection, but occasionally a pricing error may occur. If we discover an error in your order, we will contact you immediately to give you the option of reconfirming at the correct price or canceling.

• Payment: We accept major credit cards and secure digital payment methods. Your order is confirmed once payment is cleared.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. While we do our best to meet our estimated delivery windows (usually 5–7 business days), delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier delays. Risk and title of the goods pass to you upon delivery to your nominated address.

4. Australian Consumer Law (Returns & Refunds)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Change of Mind: We want you to love your pieces. If you change your mind, we offer returns within 30 days, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. Return shipping costs for "change of mind" are the responsibility of the customer.

• Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us on our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

All content on this site—including our "VC" monogram, photography, and "Modernly Cozy" descriptions—is the property of Verandah & Co. We love it when you share our vibe on social media, but please credit us and do not use our content for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Verandah & Co. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price.
